We guarantee our Bianchi Reparto
Corse frames to be free from any
defects in materials and/or
workmanship for a period
of 3 years from the date of
purchase, and all other components
for a period of 2 years from the
date of purchase, in compliance with
Standard CE 99/44 (*). |

Each time you receive a claim you
should send it with the following |

|
|
|
|
|

|
|
pls fulfill it will all details as
per the examples you find in it.
Most important info are code number
of the bike, size - colour, date of
sale and description of the defect
This form must be numbered (claim
no. 1 - no. 2 etc) and e.mailed to
me with 3 digital photos,
|
|
- one of the damaged part,
- one of the frame section
with the embossing code number
(see exampleS )and
- one of the complete bike.
|
|
If requested, you will also e.mail
the pdf format of the sale receipt
showing the date of purchase from
the end user.
Then we forward such info to our
Quality Control Dept. who will check
and reply if the claim has been
accepted. In the affirmative Bianchi
will replace "free of charge" |
